KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 boned stewed fryer
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. tortillas (cut in 1/6s)
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel
1 can chicken broth

Mix in bowl cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Rotel and chicken broth. In a greased casserole, place a layer of chicken, layer of tortillas, layer of onion and pour liquid over this. Then cheese. Repeat this for 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
