CREAMY BROCCOLI (ASPARAGUS) SOUP 
1 can chicken broth
1 chopped onion
2 c. chopped broccoli (or asparagus)
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. half and half
1/2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper

Combine broth, onion, broccoli and seasonings. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cook until broccoli is tender. Melt butter, add flour and stir, add half and half and milk. Cook until thickened. Add vegetable mix and cook until heated.
