BEST EVER CHEESE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients and press all of it into bottom of 9 x 10 inch spring pan (2 1/2 inches high).

FILLING:

4 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sour cream (24 oz.)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Beat ingredients except sour cream until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Filling will still be soft when done.

Cool well. Garnish top with cherry or blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate until firm.
