BEST CHEESE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. graham crackers
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 well beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond

Mix first 4 items for crust. Reserve 3 tablespoons of mixture for topping. Press on bottom of spring form pan.

Combine eggs, cheese, sugar, salt and extracts and beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into graham-nut crust. Trim with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool, chill 4 to 5 hours. Can use canned cherries, blueberries, etc. on top.
