1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter

Melt butter and add to cracker crumbs and sugar. Press into springform pan. Place in refrigerator until you mix filling.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
24 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs

Mix well and pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Do not turn off oven. Remove cheesecake and top with 1 pint sour cream. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool. Top with 1 cup sour cream.
