MOM'S BEST CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix all of the above ingredients, then pack on bottom of springform cake pan. Chill until cake mixture is ready.

CAKE:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)

Beat until creamy. Pour cake batter into graham cracker crust and bake for 40 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Add topping and bake an additional 5 minutes. Use blueberry pie filling for topping.
