CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1 box chicken flavored Rice A Roni
1 can mushrooms
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Cook 2 pounds of chicken at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When chicken is done, cut in small pieces. Prepare Rice A Roni using directions on box. Mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup with 2 cups milk and heat until boiling. Add mushrooms and chopped onion to soup. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish along with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle top of casserole with bread crumbs and put in oven for 20 minutes. Serve with vegetables or hot rolls.
