CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 box chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni (use straight from box, don't pre-cook)
1 c. finely cut celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice or ReaLemon
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Mix thoroughly and pour into greased baking dish. Top with 1 cup bread crumbs which have been browned in 1/2 cup butter. Add sliced almonds, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once during baking.
