CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken or 4 lg. breasts
1 box rice-a-roni chicken flavored
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 boiled eggs
Chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Ritz crackers & butter

Slice eggs. Boil chicken until tender. Cook rice-a-roni as directed on package. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients together except Ritz crackers and butter.

Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Spread on top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. May use large casserole or you can split and make 2 casserole. Can freeze, but don't add crackers until ready to bake.
