APPLESAUCE RAISIN BARS 
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. For bars, in large bowl combine 1/3 cup butter, sugar, and egg. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes. Add flour, applesauce, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Reduce speed to low; continue beating, scraping bowl often, until creamy. By hand, stir in raisins. Spoon batter into greased oblong baking pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes. Cool completely.

FROSTING: In small bowl combine all frosting ingredients except pecans. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth, 1-2 minutes. By hand, fold in pecans. Frost; cut into bars.
