CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme (opt.)
1 tsp. basil (opt.)
1/2 c. melted butter

Remove skin and bone from breasts; cut into 6 to 8 nuggets 1 1/2" square; combine dry ingredients; dip nuggets in butter then in crumbs; place in single layer on foil lined baking sheet for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 5.
