BAKED CHICKEN NUGGETS 
7-8 boneless chicken breasts
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tbsp. basil

Cut chicken in bite-size pieces. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, thyme and basil. Mix well. Dip chicken in butter and coat with mixture. Place on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Yields 14-16 appetizer servings. Great to take along. Good cold or hot.
