CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic and pepper. Stir in parsley and mustard. Add chicken, toss to coat well. Dip each piece of chicken into crumbs; coat well. Arrange in shallow baking pan. Bake in 400 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 9 servings.

HONEY MUSTARD DIP:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. honey

Combine all ingredients. Cover. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
