CHICKEN NUGGETS 
Chicken breast strips
1 pt. buttermilk
2 c. flour
Seasoned salt to taste

Cut breast strips into nuggets. Let soak in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes. Combine flour and seasoned salt in bowl with lid. Put several nuggets in flour mixture and shake. You may use a deep fryer or skillet. Frying time depends on thickness of nuggets.
