MICROWAVE MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
8-10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 env. chili seasoning
Corn tortillas

Brown ground meat; drain. Mix soups with chili seasoning. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, layer corn tortillas (torn into triangles), ground meat, soup mixture and cheese. Continue layers until all is gone. Top with remaining cheese. Cook on high in microwave for 4-5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
