PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) pistachio pudding mix
1 can (20 oz.) crushed or chunk pineapple
2 c. seedless green or red grapes
1 1/2 c. colored mini marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
1 lg. banana
1 apple

Mix together pudding mix and pineapple. Add grapes, marshmallows and whip topping. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Just before serving, add banana, and apple and mix.
