PISTACHIO COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cream butter and pudding. Blend in egg, then flour and soda. Add chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. (Double it.)
