PISTACHIO COOKIE 
1 box (4 oz.) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 pkg. white cake mix (1 without pudding in the mix)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 c. nutmeats (opt.)

Combine ingredients and drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
