LITTLE TREES SALAD 
1/2 head raw cauliflower, broken into flowerets
3/4 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled or 1/2 (3 oz.) jar Hormel bacon bits
1/2 head raw broccoli, broken into flowerets
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cheese of your choice, sm. cubes

Combine the cauliflower and broccoli flowerets with the cheese and bacon. Mix the salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar; toss all ingredients together and serve. Flavor is best left to set for about an hour.
