7-UP BUNDT CAKE | |
3 sticks butter 3 c. sugar 5 eggs 3 c. flour 2 tbsp. lemon extract 3/4 c. 7-UP Cream butter and sugar together for 20 minutes. Add 5 eggs, one at a time. Slowly add 3 cups of flour and lemon extract. Fold in 7-UP. Pour into a well-greased 12-cup Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Aluminum foil can be placed on top to prevent burning. |
