12 potatoes, boiled & mashed 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream Melted butter Boil potatoes, mash. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Put in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. When you are ready to warm them in the oven, drizzle butter over them and sprinkle with paprika. Warm thoroughly. You can fix them a day ahead of time and keep them refrigerated. |
