GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, cooked and then peeled
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved according to pkg.
1/2 white onion, chopped
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Wine vinegar, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Maggie Seasoning

While potatoes are cooking, mix cucumbers, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside. Slice cooked and peeled potatoes into bowl. Add vegetable oil, wine vinegar and Maggies to taste. This salad is best when at room temperature.
