HOT CABBAGE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 c. celery
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
3/4 c. oil
1 med. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Mix shredded cabbage, chopped onion, celery, and pepper. Add pimentos. Bring to boil: vinegar, sugar and oil. Pour over slaw. Will keep for days in the refrigerator.
