PENNSYLVANIA HOT SLAW 
2 to 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sliced celery
Caraway seeds
3 c. shredded cabbage, long strips
1 tbsp. drippings
Smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut into large chunks

Put crumbled bacon and drippings in large skillet. Add sugar and vinegar. Stir until smooth and add remaining items. Heat through to cook the sausage and cabbage.
