ORANGE PIE 
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. Crisco
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. coconut

Combine all ingredients at low speed with mixer until moistened. Press into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes until light brown. Cool crust before adding filling.

FILLING:

2 c. sour cream
1 (4 5/8 oz.) can Start breakfast drink mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Cool Whip

Combine sour cream, milk and Start breakfast mix in mixing bowl. Beat 1 minute and pour into cooled pie crust. Cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
