ORIENTAL SHRIMP SALAD 
2 c. peeled & cooked shrimp
1 c. bean sprouts, rinsed & drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped & drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise or soy mayo
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. chow mein noodles
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Combine shrimp, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, green onion, celery in medium bowl. Combine mayo ingredients good. Add to shrimp and mix well. Refrigerate. Just before serving add chow mein noodles. Makes 3 servings.
