JUMBO SHRIMP ORIENTAL | |
6 jumbo shrimp 2 c. cooked green peas 3 green onions, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 1 1/2 c. watertsp. beef bouillon 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. cooking sherry Clean shrimp and steam 5 minutes. In wok stir fry green onions a couple of minutes. Add 2 cups of cooked peas or pea pods and red pepper. Stir continue stir frying for 5 minutes. Add liquid mixture and stir until thick. Put in shrimp and stir until well coated. Serve over rice. Serves 2. |
