2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. chocolate semi-sweet bits
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick cook oatmeal

Combine the first four ingredients in pan and bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
