HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. tarragon leaves
1 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Wheaties cereal
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Mix all together, except Wheaties and Parmesan cheese and put into shallow casserole dish. Cover with crushed Wheaties and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
