ECLAIR CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Boil water with butter; remove from heat and add flour. Mix with mixer at low speed. Add 4 eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Spread on well greased large cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown. Cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. milk
