CHUNKY CREAM CHEESE FRENCH TOAST 
3/4 loaf unsliced French bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. (almost frozen) cream cheese
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. maple syrup

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cube bread and cream cheese. Place both in greased pan. In a blender or with beaters, mix eggs, milk, syrup and butter. Pour over cubed bread and cream cheese. Cover with Saran Wrap overnight or for several hours.

Bake at 350°F, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Serve with hot maple syrup.

Serves approximately 6 to 8 people.
