GREEN CHILI STEW 
1 lb. lean beef
2 cans green chili or 1 box frozen
1 lg. onion
1 can tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. can tomato juice
1/4 c. flour

Cut beef in bite size pieces. Dust beef with flour that has salt and pepper added. Saute in small amount of oil until brown on both sides. In large pot saute chopped onion, green chili and chopped canned tomatoes. Add chopped garlic. When onions are soft, add meat (drain off all oil). Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
