TURKEY DIVAN 
2 pkgs. (11 oz.) fried rice pilaf (Green Giant frozen)
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) cut broccoli in cheese sauce (frozen)
2 c. cut up chicken or turkey
1 can water chestnuts (sliced and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can (3 oz.) French fried onions

Cook rice and broccoli. Spread rice in the bottom of a 7 1/2 x 11 3/4 inch pan. Cover with turkey, then broccoli with sauce.

Mix together water chestnuts, soup, mushrooms and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove. Cover with onions and bake extra 10 minutes.
