VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can white corn, drained
1 can French green beans, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced & drained
1/2 c. diced onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter

Oil 9 x 11 inch pan. Place white corn, green beans, water chestnuts and onion in layers. Mix sour cream and cream of celery. Pour over vegetables. Top with grated cheese and then with crushed crackers. Spoon melted butter over crackers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
