SLOPPY JOE TURNOVERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. sour cream
1 can (10) refrigerator biscuits

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet brown meat and onions. Drain. Add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream; mix well.

Separate biscuits. Roll each to 4 x 4 inch square. Place 1/4 of mixture in center. Fold over to form triangle. Seal edges with fork. Cut 3 (1/2 inch) slits in top. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush top with melted butter.
