INDIAN CORN STEW | |
2 med. onions, finely chopped 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1 lb. ground beef 1 #2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can tomato soup 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. flour Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Add beef and brown. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, except flour and cook as long as you like. Just before serving, stir flour into a little water and add to stew. Cook, stirring until mixture is thickened to the consistency of chili. |
