ALU KAFTAC INDIAN RECIPE (POTATO BALLS) | |
4 med. potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. curry, or to taste 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 egg 1 tbsp. milk Fine dry bread crumbs Cook potatoes in unsalted water to cover until soft. Drain and peel. Add seasonings. Mash until smooth. Shape into 2 inch balls. Beat egg with milk. Dip potato balls into bread crumbs, then beaten egg, and into bread crumbs again. Fry in hot shallow fat until golden. |
