MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 head cauliflower (pieced)
3 carrots, blanched and diced
3 lg. celery stalks, diced
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. salt water
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Soak vegetables in salt water for 20 minutes; drain. Boil vinegar, oil, water and sugar. Add dill seed and mustard seed. Pour over drained vegetables.
