MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. (approximately 9-10) potatoes
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. flavored salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. onion salt, optional

Cook, peel, and mash potatoes; add other ingredients. Heat until fluffy; cool slightly.

Put in a large greased casserole dish; dot with additional butter. If fixed ahead of time, remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Can keep in refrigerator 5 days before baking.
