PEAR MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin
1 c. pear juice, heated
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. sieved canned pears
1 c. whipped cream

Dissolve the peach flavored gelatin in heated pear juice. Blend cream cheese, and sieved pears until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a mold and chill until firm. Unmold upon crisp lettuce leaves. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
