QUICK PARTY SURPRISE GELATIN
MOLD
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. gelatin, strawberry, cherry, raspberry or peach
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz. or 12 oz.) pkg. frozen fruit (not thawed) corresponding to gelatin
flavor used

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen block of fruit, stir gently until fruit has completely separated. Beat with egg beater for one minute or until mixed well. Pour into mold.
