MARSHMALLOW PUFFS 
18 lg. marshmallows
36 vanilla or chocolate wafers
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut marshmallows in half. Place 1/2 of marshmallow on each wafer and arrange on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes or until marshmallows puff but does not tip over. Refrigerate on cookie sheet for 10 minutes.

While cookies cool, heat chocolate chips and butter over low heat until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Dip top of cooled cookies into chocolate. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. Store leftovers in refrigerator. Yields 3 dozen.
