CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
1 can cream of mushroom or cheddar soup
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. milk
1 box chicken flavored stuffing mix, prepared

Cook and drain vegetables. Arrange in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Mix soup and milk, pour over all. Top with stuffing mix and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
