FRUIT SALAD 
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 oranges, cut into tidbits
1 lg. can crushed or chunk pineapple
1 sm. bottle cherries
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans

In the top of a double boiler, mix the sugar and flour. Add the beaten egg, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Place over boiling water and stir until the mixture thickens and then put aside to cool. Mix together oranges, pineapple, cherries, marshmallows and pecans. Pour the cooled sauce over the fruit. Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream and fold into the fruit and sauce.
