CRAB SALAD 
1 lg. chopped onion or 3 bunches green onions
1 lb. fresh white crabmeat
4 oz. Wesson oil
3 oz. vinegar
4 oz. ice water
Salt & pepper

Put half of chopped onions in bowl. Add crabmeat and rest of onion. Add salt and pepper. Pour liquids over mixture separately, oil first, then vinegar and then water. Let marinate for at least 12 hours in refrigerator. Mix together before serving.
