PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 lg. can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (in pats)
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat together pumpkin, eggs and spice and add evaporated milk and brown sugar. Mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top and dot with butter. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 1 hour. Serve either warm or cold with whipping cream. Makes 24 servings.
