CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
8 oz. spaghetti
5 tbsp. butter
1 sm. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. can mushrooms or fresh
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey

Cook spaghetti and set aside. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large frying pan over low heat. Add onion and mushrooms and cook until tender, add garlic and set aside. Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in frying pan. Blend in flour and cook, stirring constantly for 2 or 3 minutes, without browning. Stir in milk and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until slightly thickened. Add onions and mushrooms and chicken. Mix in spaghetti. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
