BBQ BRISKET 
5 to 7 lb. brisket
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
Brown sugar

Place 5 to 7 lb. brisket in large baking dish. Marinate in Claude's Brisket Sauce for 2 hours. Cover brisket with foil. Place brisket and marinate in oven at 225 degrees for 8 hours. After 8 hours, remove brisket and pour off almost all of the liquid. Mix 2 tbsp. vinegar in 1 (15 oz.) can of tomato sauce. Pour over brisket, then cover tomato sauce with a thin layer of brown sugar. Cover and put back into oven at 225 degrees for 4 to 6 hours.
