BARBECUE BRISKET 
5-6 lb. brisket
3 oz. bottle liquid smoke
Celery salt
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Place brisket in baking dish. Sprinkle liquid smoke, celery salt, garlic salt, and onion salt over brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, pour off liquid smoke. Line baking dish with foil, place brisket in dish and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Close meat with foil, but don't mold foil to meat. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Open foil and pour your favorite barbecue sauce over brisket and bake an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
