4 Rock Cornish game hens
2 c. seasoned stuffing croutons
1/2 c. diced mandarin oranges
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 garlic, clove, crushed

Stuff hens with crouton mixture. Mix soy sauce and garlic; brush on hens. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done (185 degrees). Baste every 15 minutes. Serves 4.
